Ordering

Payment Methods
All major credit cards are accepted. You will be sent a final invoice via Shopify Invoices and may pay online.
I also accept checks, sent to Yardia, PO Box 16203, Seattle, WA 98116. Please let me know if you plan to use this method so I can look out for it.
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to shipping initial orders, within two weeks of the buyer receiving the invoice. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the order.
Net 30 is available for reorders.
Consignment
We do not accept consignment orders.

Shipping Method
Shipping is generally via USPS Priority mail or UPS (whichever is most economical). Please let me know if you have a preferred shipping method.
Drop Shipping
We do not offer drop shipping.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are at current USPS and UPS rates. When ordering via emailed PO, shipping costs will be added to your invoice once your order is ready to ship.
We try to choose the carrier with the best shipping rate for you, usually depending on upon order weight and shipping distance. If you have a preferred shipping carrier, please let us know by emailing wholesale@yardia.co.
Estimated Production Time
I generally will ship your order within 4 business days of receipt of order. Very large orders or post-trade show shipments may require more time, and will be communicated if this is the case.
Product Customization
We currently do not accept customization requests for printed items, but welcome your input for possible future designs or occasions for future greeting cards.
Exclusivity
Upon request, zip code exclusivity is something Yardia may to extend to stores who find success in carrying a higher volume of Yardia products, and with regularity of ordering. Exclusivity starts at a minimum of ordering $10,000 per year. Please contact wholesale@yardia.co if you are a current stockist and would like to request exclusivity.
Returns, Damages, and Repairs
Only damaged items may be returned. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
