Yardia – Wholesale Virtual Assistant for Stationery Company
Pay Scale: $20/hr

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
I’m looking for someone to work closely with me to implement, document and improve wholesale sales & marketing strategies. This role will be tasked with nurturing my existing client base, researching and sending outreach to prospects, and updating CRM tech systems to ensure wholesale sales goals are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage current wholesale customer follow up using a templated system (using Airtable and Pipedrive/email)
- Manage wholesale cold outreach to potential new accounts using a templated system and automations (using Pipedrive)
- Research contact information for new stores for cold outreach (and input into Pipedrive)
- Update Customer Relationship Management Tools (Pipedrive and Airtable)
- Follow, create and update wholesale SOP’s
- Provide feedback to Brigida proactively, to improve company systems.
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities to support Yardia's wholesale sales & marketing as needed
Specific Examples of Responsibilities
Wholesale cold outreach
- Wholesale Lead Research: search for new stores and contact info
- Add leads to CRM (Pipedrive)
- Update cold outreach sequence per season/region/type of store
- Send automated outreach sequence and monitor
- Move any responses/bounced emails/orders to appropriate stage of pipeline
Airtable CRM management
- Update and create data from new orders
- Add order info as wholesale orders are received
Current Wholesale Stockist Nurturing
- Add product info and links from prior orders to personal emails
- Send follow up emails based on template and timing using Pipedrive
- Add new stockists to wholesale newsletter list in Klaviyo
- Wholesale win-back sequence: send emails using templates
Trade Show Outreach:
- Send pre-trade show emails to contacts using template
- Update Pipedrive with contacts made at trade show
- Research contact information if needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Self motivated & works independently to complete work on time and with excellence
- Experience with sales for a consumer products brand.
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of the wholesale industry a plus
- Experience with Pipedrive, Airtable, Shopify, Faire and Klaviyo preferred
- Solution-focused and detail oriented
- Collaborative team member
