Spooky Halloween card with black watercolor and bat and moth illustrations
Spooky Halloween card with black watercolor and bat and moth illustrations Back of Halloween card shows logo with black watercolor and continuation of bat and moths from the front

Celebrate a spooooky Halloween with this watercolor Halloween card. Your friends will delight at the watercolor bat and moth illustrations and hand lettered text reading Spooky Halloween on a black watercolor background.

The illustration wraps around the surround of the card, so there are more bats and moths to discover on the back! Blank inside. Illustrated and hand-lettered in watercolor by Seattle artist Brigida Swanson.

The artist's inspiration behind this card: I've been wanting to design a Halloween card with this message ever since I first heard Karen Kilgariff tell the story of a "Spooooky Halloween" card from her childhood on the podcast My Favorite Murder. And here it is, finally, all these years later! SSDGM.

This folded greeting card is professionally printed in full color on gorgeous high quality recycled cardstock using environmentally sustainable printing processes. It is left blank inside for your message and comes with a kraft envelope.

About the Artist:

I'm Brigida, a CHamoru and multiracial artist based in Seattle, Washington. Nature's like family to me. Creating art about nature is how I feel most connected to the ancestral values of my CHamoru heritage, and to the Pacific Northwest culture in which I was raised. It's why I create products that express a kinship with nature, so that we can all experience a sense of belonging and wonder.
