Wholesale Policies

Ordering

Send an email to brigida@brigidaswanson.com that lists the product sku's and/or basic product descriptions, and the quantities desired. You may alternately attach this purchase order form. After your order has been accepted, you will receive an invoice via Square which will include turnaround time and cost of shipping. 

Payment Methods

All major credit cards are accepted. You will be sent a final invoice via Square Invoices and may pay online.

Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to shipping, within two weeks of the buyer receiving the invoice. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the order. 

Net 30 is available for reorders.

Consignment

We currently do not accept consignment orders.

Shipping Method

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice once your order is ready to ship.

Drop Shipping

We do not offer drop shipping.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are at current USPS Priority rates, usually starting around $12.00.

Shipping costs depend upon order weight and shipping distance.

Delivery in Seattle is available.

Estimated Production Time

1-2 weeks (but usually much sooner!)


Product Customization

We currently do not accept customization requests, but welcome your input for possible future designs or occasions for future greeting cards.

Returns, Damages, and Repairs

Only damaged items may be returned. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
